My upcoming marathon is less than 20 days. I want to feel lighter than I do at this moment. Call it detox if you will. I will visit this lovely place every day for all three salad meals that contain protein, since I am sometimes too busy to make my own. The hardest part will be eliminating alcohol, since I love it so much, especially Merlot! The Idea is to drink ice water when a hunger pang comes and eat only salads and veggies. It is never too late or too early to adopt a healthy eating plan, regardless if you are running a race or not.
