On a sad note I just found out that my favorite blogger Pittsburgh Runner is out for the rest of the running season this year Find out why here. Last Sunday I ran the Omaha Marathon ( a last minute thing, because I am a spare of the moment kind of gal:). During my stay in Omaha, I did my best to eat healthy while out of town, here is what I ate including a (new to me) energy gel with all natural ingredients for my long runs.
